The cork handle shows light soiling, but it is still smooth, and it feels nice in your hand. &#######xA0;The spigot ferrules fit as intended and they have plenty of room for future wear. The guide&#######xA0;wrappings are clean, and the&#######xA0;un-sanded blank is free of any&#######xA0;imperfections. This rod comes with the tube and sock.

Please note, the&#######xA0;tube a sticker on it, the writing on the label rubbed off, and the tube also a bend/dent (see photos).
